Frequently Asked Questions

  • An all-inclusive vacation is a one stop shop holiday. All-inclusive vacations include roundtrip flights to and from the destination, roundtrip airport shuttle transfers, hotel accommodations including all meals and unlimited snacks, all non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, on-site entertainment, sports and activities on the premises, and taxes and gratuities. Other perks, like spa treatments or off-site excursions, may incur an additional charge.

  • Costs can vary depending on the resort, length of stay, dates of stay, and room category. The benefit of an all-inclusive resort is that you know your costs before you travel. Reay Travel partners with suppliers to deliver the best value and price for your all-inclusive trip.

  • Most meals, beverages, activities, and gratuities are covered in the cost of an all-inclusive resort. Reay Travel recommends that you take credit cards and adequate cash for gifts and activities outside the resort, and be sure to check each resort for the specific details of what's included.

  • Most all-inclusive resorts include gratuities in the price. However, it’s best to check with Reay Travel to be sure.

  • Yes, in almost all instances, a passport is required for lawful entry to another country. If you are traveling domestically within Canada, Canadian citizens do not require a passport and are able to show other forms of accepted government IDs instead. Foreign citizens may still be required to present a passport.

  • Basic trip cancellation insurance usually covers lost luggage, reimbursements for prepaid deposits, and sometimes non-refundable portions, should you need to cancel your trip due to illness, injury, or emergencies. Covid-19 is a recent example of why purchasing trip insurance is a smart and valuable investment.

  • While it’s possible to score incredible last-minute deals, we recommend booking as soon as you can. Some resorts and room categories fill up 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during major holidays such as Christmas and March Break. Also, if you purchase insurance, it allows us, in most cases, to rebook the resort portion of your package if the price goes down after you have purchased it.
